Water (chemical like) can be a transparent fluid that you can get in lakes, oceans and rain, and is the major constituent of organisms. Being a chemical compound, a water molecule contains one oxygen and a couple hydrogen atoms. Water is often a liquid at standard pressure, nevertheless it often exists on this planet featuring its solid state, ice; and gaseous state, steam. What's more, it exists as snow, fog, dew and cloud. Water covers 71% with the Earth's surface. On the planet, 96.5% in the planet's water is found in seas and oceans, 1.7% in groundwater, 1.7% in glaciers and the ice caps of Antarctica and Greenland, and 0.001% in the air.

Urban wastewater is really a major threat to health insurance and natural environment. This water can be quite a carrier of organic pollution so that it must be treated within the treatment plant.

Wastewater is water that is affected in quality by domestic, industrial, commercial or agricultural activities.Wastewater treatment is a procedure which can be done for the exact purpose transforming wastewater which can't be utilized by human beings as it is dirty into an effluent that can be reused. That therapy is targeted at removing any impurities or dirty substances from water and do that, different methods may be followed and utilized for the so-called wastewater treatment plant. Wastewater treatment plants, otherwise known as sewage treatment plants or water quality plants remove pollutants from wastewater before it can be reused again. At the plants, different biological processes are followed to purify water. Treatment at these places takes about seven hours to eliminate almost all of the pollutants in the wastewater whereas inside the surrounding this process might take a few months.

Processes used

Separation

This phase transfers impurities to get rid of solids or grease and oil. This often requires the technique of removing solids varies with regards to the power impurities

Sedimentation

This phase involves using gravity to eliminate solids and non-polar liquids from water. Only at that level, substances that are heavier than water will be accumulated at the bottom of basins. Other steps have to be followed to finish the whole process of eliminating impurities.

Filtration

Fine solids may be removed by filtration through using tools including barriers which attempt to remove matters in which water passes. Chemical or biological processes will also be used only at that level to take out impurities.

Oxidation

Oxidation reduces the toxicity of some impurities as well as the management of that phase converts some impurities into co2, water, and solids. This method of oxidation is widely used for disinfection.

Biochemical oxidation

Treatment by what is called biochemical oxidation bring agricultural and even industrial wastewater. This process might be named oxidation because it removes organic compounds.

Chemical oxidation

Chemical oxidation aims to remove any persistent pollutants remaining after using the previously mentioned processes though using disinfection by substances which kill bacteria and microbial molecules by utilizing ozone to wastewater.
